Paris…. There is so much one can say about this great city. That it is a great city is unquestionable. Paris offers so much… Brasseries, shops, monuments, beautiful boulevards, exquisite fashion, Notre Dame, museums, wine, food, history and more… I have been fortunate to visit many cities and countries over the years. A great deal of cities appeals to me but Paris (and New York) is special… The beauty in Paris is all around. I wonder if it would be more magical if the people of Paris were slightly more polite and friendly? I have met many people who have visited Paris and have had bad experiences with the French in Paris and consequently they have vowed never to return… Sad… My trick was to try to speak a bit of french before I switched over to English…. That seemed to work and it also seemed to drastically increase the level of English comprehension… Bonjour, comment allez-vous? Where is the Louis Vuitton shop? Worked like magic:) A word to the French in Paris – shape up and welcome the world with pride and humility to your magnificent city! Otherwise the world might swap you for the Norwegians ( who are very friendly and helpful)…
Vive la Paris!
