I many times face myself in situations where I have to guide other leaders on how to lead… This is a challenge! Especially since the most vital parts of leadership cannot be taught… It comes from within… and what we in Swedish call having the `finger tip feeling´for it…

It is not how smart you are, or your ability to strategize, or your ability to plan ahead or how well you address a crowed…

It is however, all about the relationships you manage to foster… How well can you get people to believe? Believe not necessarily in what you say or do… but more importantly, believe in you…. In the essence of you! That´s tough… but once you got it you will go all the way!

Can you go all the way as a leader – World Class without the Finger Tip Feeling? The answer is simple and assertive -NO YOU CANNOT!

Teaching this is hard… Oh so hard! You either have it or you don’t… I wish you do have it because leadership is so much more fun with it!!
