3. Candidness is a rarity rather than the norm. Leaders who have guts and dare to tell their people how it is, are winners.

• Those who posses this bold approach – Remunerate and compensate in abundance. They are worth every penny!

4. Energy & Stamina – Leaders who manage to stimulate higher performance standards by simply being themselves… Wow!

• Those who are capable of this – Remunerate and compensate in abundance. They are worth every penny!

5. Interest – Leaders who are genuinely interested, both in their people and their roles and who can keep this interest through the years…

• Few have this ability and especially after the years pass – Remunerate and compensate in abundance. They are worth every penny!

Conclusion – Those who add significantly to your business and achievements you must keep! Loosing these top people (1 in 10 max) should be outlawed and therefore you as a Leader have the responsibly to ensure they stay and continue to contribute. Thinking about cost and equality with these people is a common mistake… Why should they not earn significantly much more than others? Business is not about equality among all employees… Business is about winning! Beating competition and doing things that no one else has done before… In order to achieve this you need to be surrounded by the best possible people… To keep or attract the best… You need to remunerate and compensate in abundance!
