Results…


Why are you working? Is it to gain a salary? Or is it to create a legacy? The choice is yours!

Whatever reason for why you are struggling to make a difference don’t matter much… What matter is the amount of results you produce. Without results you are not productive… In order to deliver above the expectations of your superiors you need a large amount of Energy! In fact 75% of the job is ENERGY. If you don’t have it, it is better to be nice! Energy will move things forward, Energy will move people forward and Energy will get the job done.

The other 25% of result production lies in being daring. Too few leaders dare to make decisions. Decisions that can truly change your competitive advantage. How many competitors are you facing in your industry? Probably a fairly large amount… What is it that sets your company aside? And I don’t mean what you and your peers think… But what your consumers think… Do you have edge? Do you stand out? Do you dare?

I admire Leaders who have guts! Guts to take those decisions that may very well get them fired… Because those decisions may be a clear differentiator to success. I am here to tell you: Take those decisions that you believe in and that could be risky…. Not guts no glory, as the saying goes. I live by the principle that if you make mistakes I will not fire you… However, I will fire you for inactivity and complacency… CLEAR?

Get in the game! Make a difference and deliver results!

    Good read! I would replace ENERGY with INTENTIONALITY. You see, in my view you may exude tremendous amount of energy but if that is not channelsed thru intention to accomplish then the net result may be Zero.
    Your views please?

    1. Agree with the fact that you need the intention to accomplish in order to gain results. I must admit I took that for granted…So when you do have the intention to become successful, energy is still 75% of job!
