People will follow you and the more unselfish you are the stronger the connection you will have with your people. Remember, work more on yourself than you do the tasks… Tasks are not about leadership, that’s management. Leadership is about inspiring people so much that you raise the performance level and catalyse a commitment. This commitment is awakened by the leaders compelling vision which alone inspires.
