Being wrong and making mistakes is what truly generate great ideas and innovation. In order to be good you have to first be bad! 

I made a lot of mistakes early in my career. I was gung-ho and a bit of a wild card. Either success, big time, or failure, big time… I don’t know what happened… I seemed to have stumbled upon a bit of both. The trick is to be right more than you are wrong. If you are, then you’ll make it make it in business and in life…
